Initial Work
PsychPros tailors each search to the specific needs of the client company. Initial discussions will help us learn about your organization and the team with which the new employee will work. We ask questions about the work environment, job duties, and expected performance levels. Your PsychPros search consultant will want to know what type of individual will exceed your company's expectations for the goals of this job

Research & Recruiting
With your input, PsychPros will generate a precise job description, a recruiting plan, and a timetable for implementation. Your search consultant will present our collective ideas about the existing marketplace and the contacts we will use to identify exceptional candidates. After receiving your feedback, we will begin executing all recruiting strategies and inform you every step of the way.

Candidate Identification
Based on our research, we will identify candidates to interview. Your PsychPros recruiter will thoroughly interview all prospective candidates, rating their expertise. We will learn about the candidates' interest in your job, why they are currently looking, and/or their motivation to make a job change if they are currently employed.

Presentation of Candidates
We present only the top-ranked candidates for you and your team to interview. We provide you with summaries of our interviews, resumes, credentials verifications, references - all of the information you need to make an informed choice.

Negotiation & Acceptance
PsychPros recruiters are experts in negotiating and managing the final stage of the search process. We establish salary and benefits parameters up front with both parties to avoid objections at the time the offer is made. We manage counteroffers, relocation considerations, and other important issues that may affect acceptance. PsychPros offers you a successful placement rate that is far higher than industry standards.

Post-Hire Follow-Up
PsychPros will ensure that the candidate you select starts on the agreed-upon day. During the first 90 days ofs work, we will communicate with both you and the candidate to make sure everyone feels the job match is a winner. In the unlikely event there are problems, we will step in and manage the situation until it is settled to your complete satisfaction.
