interview all prospective candidates, rating their expertise. We
will learn about the candidates' interest in your job, why they are

present only the top-ranked candidates for you and your team to
interview. We provide you with summaries of our interviews, resumes,
credentials verifications, references - all of the information you
need to make an informed choice.
Negotiation &
Acceptance PsychPros recruiters are experts in negotiating and managing
the final stage of the search process. We establish salary and
benefits parameters up front with both parties to avoid objections
at the time the offer is made. We manage counteroffers, relocation

Post-Hire
