Frequently
Asked Questions
How much does PsychPros cost?
Like other executive search firms, PsychPros charges a percentage of the
first year's compensation as payment for our recruiting and placement services.
Our fee is better than industry standards, and we take several factors into
consideration before quoting a price. These include:
.
Type and location of the job
.
Salary being offered
.
Competitiveness of the
marketplace
.
Scope and length of
anticipated recruiting cycle
.

Call and tell us a little bit
about your open position, and we will give you a price quote over the
phone.
How much of my time will this take?
Good question. Your time is valuable, and you're hiring us to save you time
and money. Therefore, we work expeditiously and require a minimum amount of
your time. Because we know your field of business, our primary questions will
be about the nature of the open job and the dynamics of your organization. We
may ask to speak with those team members who will interact with the new
employee on a daily basis. We will present our search plan to you after initial
discussions with you and your team. You will decide who will interview the
candidates and how long each interview takes. Other than that, we will
regularly communicate with you about the search process, either by phone or
e-mail, whichever you choose.

What's PsychPros' guarantee?
PsychPros offers an excellent guarantee to protect your interests. We
guarantee our placements for 90 calendar days from the employee's start date.
PsychPros will replace the employee free of charge in the unlikely event that
you decide your initial choice is not working out. If, within an agreed-upon
time frame, we are unable to find a suitable replacement, you may request your
money back. A further warranty: if you find a better guarantee from one of our
competitors, we will match it in order to keep your business.
How long will a search take?
Generally, the search process takes 90 to 120 days, from the day the
contract is signed to the day the candidate starts. When we locate candidates
quickly and put them through our screening process, you may begin interviewing
in 30 days. The search process can take longer for the following reasons:
.
Synchronizing the schedules of
your hiring team with the candidate's
.
New employee must give 30 days
notice to his/her current employer
.
Job is in a remote area where
candidates are reluctant to move
.
Market for candidates is tight
.
Salary is not competitive
